We ensure the success of our developmental activities at the grassroots and community level and building a robust relationship with the beneficiaries and stakeholders.
The Mih-Myntdu Community Social Welfare Association (MCSWA), is a faith-based non-governmental organization that came into existence when local social workers, Rev. Heipormi Khonglah and his wife Dr. Joannietta Shullai together founded the organization.
The organization is active in all the accessible and inaccessible villages of East Jaintia Hills & West Jaintia Hills.
Our area of focus is transforming the lives of the marginalized communities where women, children, and youth are catered to and supported through various livelihood promotion activities in addition to promoting healthy lifestyles through awareness, sensitization, and services for the overall development and upliftment of the economic and social status of these communities in the State.
