MCSWA / Campaign / Self Defence for Women
Self-defense training is a life skill that helps girls be more aware of their surroundings and be prepared for the unexpected. Through self-defense training, the girls are taught to become psychologically, intellectually, and physically strong enough to protect themselves in distress.
MCSWA through this initiative has taken it upon itself to pioneer a self-defense campaign for women and girls in collaboration with Happy Red Rooster MMA, Shillong, known for their grappling technique of self-defense, so as to prepare and equip themselves with the techniques to protect and get themselves out in times of danger.
If you have a concern or know someone who is apart of the High Risk Population, feel free to contact us. We will be very happy to help you out.
